soooo...I had a very terrible accident with a table saw earlier this month i mangled my left pointer finger severing my tendon and both nerves. I was making a picture frame. luckily i am able to keep my finger. but i am looking at 4 months or recovery and I am currently on handed. I have to keep my hand bent in this strange splint other wise i will rip my tendon and i will be back where I started . I would have continued doing the portrait work from last quarter but my head is just not in the right space for that. It is a painful recovery slow goings. and a pain in the ass to do every thing with one hand like type this....any way i will leave you with my final project for this last quarter of my first year. it is acrylic on watercolor paper. i am using my brothers hand...life, consciousnesses, energy, emerging from one the most useful instruments of the human race. HANDS...they have allowed us to do so much and advance so far. an amazing peace of design work. fabricated by the master architect that has designed all life that we are hear to experience and play out in this cosmic drama. So trees, mushrooms, crystals, strange growth, patterns in life, prehistoric life forming its self out of the simple amino acids forming DNA, in to single celled organisms into beautiful sea critters that launch consciousness into the cosmos and we arrive here. beings that try and comprehend the inner workings of life the cosmos and consciousness micro and macro we are all connected that is all i am trying to say...
