The word of the week of last week that is due tomorrow was Magma. So I decided to do a Magma demon.

on a lighter note...

So the time has come to start working on my personal project. I have 3 planed so far, and i will keep updating as I go. One is going to be a self portrait with some craziness going on, you will just have to see. Another is going to be a portrait of some one i know with craziness going on as well.  The first one that I posting is close to me and has lots of deep reflections about the past. But here are some thumb nails and preliminaries done up. The finished size is going to be 3 feet by 1 foot. I am just mucking about the ideas now but this is kind of the general idea..

Kind of late on my posts...i am going to try and keep them flowing now. so i dont do all this posting all at onece. And there is a gang of things to look at. Well any way we had our word of the week, it was MANGA. I am not to keen on manga, there are things that I like and there are things that annoy the hell out of me. But the first thing that comes to mind when I think manga is: teenage kids reading bad graphic novels, ravers, and Pokemon. How ever there is some good stuff out there. Spirited Away is amazing, Akira, and the intense city and landscapes that are illustrated by these manga artists...any way we all have our likes and dislikes. I decided to draw this FAT chubby manga character ENGROSSED by the garbage that society pumps into out kids. The violence, drugs, war, hate, religion ..and the list goes on. I think we suject our childeren to this stuff because we want to please ourselves. We want the NOW, with no regard for the future generations to come. That is why our earth is becoming a polluted trash dump, 4 out of 5 people in America are over weight, 1 out of 4 people has AIDS, the drop out rate of high school students is close to is not more than 50%, pizza was declared a vegetable, we have been at war for a decade, 7 billion people on the planet and counting,  Half of the people killed by bombs are those trying to make or set the bomb,  100 people a year choke to death on ball-point pens...damn and the list goes on and on and....any way this is what i drew...

X-ray vision....

 I got this assignment where we had to draw a figure and than put tracing paper over it than draw in the bones, put another piece of tracing paper over it and draw in the muscle structure. It was a challenging assignment. I have another one that I am working on that I will be posting very soon.

NEPAL trip

So last year I went on this 2 month long trip to Nepal that changed my life...I stopped every thing that i was doing and just all of a sudden I decided to go back to school get my life in good order, and than do...who the hell knows what but at least I got the guidance, yas!!!

All these post all of a sudden!! I have been holding back on the everyone...all the people that don't look at my blog lol...because I have such a big following and people are rushing to check me out hahaha.. i am at 157 page views thanks for all support of the one that checks my stuff out you know who you are! In the mean time CRYSTAL FISH!!!

Arranging these pics on this blog is such a pain in the ass. So they are some times not all lined up in the order I would like, but any way. There is a pic of the final work of last quarter all lined up nicely, the only one that is not included is the one that is sitting in the gallery right now. The other two pics are past words of the week. Superhero was one of the words, and I drew me...well what i would be like if i had super human powers, of the cosmos, dialing in to the unlimited powers of the universe for my own personal gains MUHAHAHA...and  to do good for humanity obviously...And the other word was fire...I guess it is quite self explainable.

Gallery I painted back in November

So I painted this gallery back in November at Olympic College in Bremerton. It was a fun job, no pay, but good vibes and I got a really funky wall space to paint as well...

So this month I had my first "showing"  as one would say at gallery 103.  Basically every person that is in the 3 programs in my school got to put one piece up. So it was a group show, it went well I think. So here are some pics from the event...
